Annual billing with a 20% discount is coming soon. You can preview annual pricing in the estimator today; checkout currently uses monthly billing.
Cairn keeps the Stripe subscription quantity synchronized with the project’s current member count. Stripe shows any resulting billing adjustment in the customer portal.
There is no surprise per-request charge on your invoice. Each plan includes a monthly API and bandwidth allowance, and Pro projects can add more in fixed quota units.
Creating more of that limited resource is blocked at the enforced limit. If a project becomes over-limit or has an unresolved payment issue, you have seven days to resolve it before the project becomes read-only. Existing content remains readable.
Per project. Each project has its own members, documents, datasets, storage, webhooks and delivery allowances.
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe. After cancellation the project returns to Free limits; if it exceeds them, the normal seven-day grace period applies before editing becomes read-only.
